SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Software engineers partner with lead engineers to design, code, develop and build secure software applications and interface solutions to power Ophelia's avionics systems and other major components on Ophelia.

Basic Qualifications
-
17+ years of age

Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer

Ability to develop software in Java, Ruby on Rails, C++, or other programming languages

Proficiency in software engineering tools and ability to document requirements and specifications

Experience designing interactive applications

Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems and ensuring software is updated with the latest features

Integrate software components into a fully functional software system as well as develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
