While the innovation of steam powered engines are a thing of the past, the Ophelia rocket aims to use that same technology in rockets. Using newer and cleaner methods to produce steam, Ophelia continues our ever growing need to explore space.
NO EMISSIONS
The upsides of using 100% water as fuel limits the emissions caused by space exploration. 100% of all emission from the Ophelia rocket is only water vapor.
OPHELIA DESIGN
The Ophelia rocket is modeled after existing rockets but whats inside that rocket is much different from its counter parts.
HYDRA
Hydra is the name of the thrusters and is the power of the Ophelia rocket. Hydra is completely eco-friendly and uses nothing more than electrical heating and water to produce steam.
DESIGN PROCESS
The rocket you see here today is what we wish Ophelia can be one day but like all things it has to start somewhere. We aim to continue to improve our design to complete the mission of Ophelia
